Road Captain will observe when members have completed or nearly completed their lunch and will make an announcement the Club will be leaving in 20 minutes stating the time we should be ready to go.
Club members will use those 20 minutes to finish meals/drinks, pay tab, use restroom and put on any riding gear they will be wearing.
Club encourages that duties be split up between couples to be more efficient.
Purpose of this is to spend more time riding and less time hanging around waiting for people to get ready. No member should consistently be the last one ready.
It is understood that sometimes food/drink order take longer and member is served much later than the rest of the group. In that case all efforts will be made not to rush that member and will be given time to finish their meal. In that case, other members are expected to wait patiently. We came in as one group, and we leave as one group.
